Testimonials

Thank you for stepping in for Governor Lingle and delivering a compelling and timely lunch keynote at our 2006 Society for Human Resources Management – SHRM Hawaii Chapter State Annual Conference Luncheon in October. It was a highlight of the conference to hear you speak about the pace of change and how the Human Resources professional will be the chief navigator to help their organizations into the future. You provided us fresh perspectives on how to deal with and become stronger leaders for change in today’s diverse employment culture."

2008 Human Resources Professional of the Year
Human Resources Association of Central California

As Chairperson of the Human Resources Professional of the Year Committee I was tasked with finding a motivational speaker for our up and coming Awards luncheon. Eric Smith of TeamWorks was recommended to me from other SHRM members. We asked Eric to present something that would be valuable to attendees that were from various different industries that represented many different levels for Management. The presentation was very exciting, informative, and entertaining. Eric hit the mark in regards to our request as well as fit with the theme of the luncheon…for approximately 175 attendees. Based on the response we received from the attendees, Eric’s presentation went over extremely well. I would highly recommend Eric and TeamWorks."
