Learning Points

  • Understanding the pace and nature of change to be more effective as a person, team, or organization

  • Too many of us settle for OK, the “I’m surviving” mode. Don’t survive. . . Thrive. We’ll show you how.

  • "True North" – identifying an inspiring direction and compelling destination, one that captures the heart and spirit. A navigation term that in part means to be “On Course!”. Apply the principal of True North to dramatically increase the leadership competencies of identifying direction, building alignment, and clear decision-making.

  • Making Course Corrections – developing the mindset to navigate change and challenge. Learn the critical skill of adjustment so you can stay the journey to reach True North. Application of this principle fosters high workplace trust, quicker discovery and learning, and, greater innovation.

  • Compassion as the key trait great navigators and leaders demonstrate in the face of change and uncertainty. The “change-crazy world” is often good at distracting us, pulling at and desensitizing us, causing us to be distant and impatient. No one knows the way ahead: its all unknown, new and undiscovered. So if that’s the case, please be kind to yourself and others . . . most all of us are trying our best.
