Athena Lou, TeamWorks Co-Founder and Vice President
Athena Lou is an award-winning innovator in sales and marketing. She designs and implements motivation and incentive programs that get results. Athena has a B.A. from the University of California at Davis. She has worked in management for Bank of Hawaii, Control Data, Bank of America and Ceridian. As Bank marketing Manager for Ceridian, Athena earned the company’s highest national sales award two years in a row. She has mentored under national leaders in the fields of personal development, creativity and dreamwork.
Athena is a nationally recognized speaker and instructor in dream studies where she specializes in helping business leaders understand and tap the power of their dreams to make clearer decisions. She is a member of the prestigious International Association for the Study of Dreams. Athena is co-founder and Vice President of TeamWorks.
Raised in California and having spent 25 years in management in Hawaii, Athena is remarkably attuned to the multi-cultural workplace and the dynamism of today’s business world.

Eric Smith is a leadership advisor and educator specializing in team productivity and optimal performance cultures. He is co-founder and President of TeamWorks, a California-based organization performance firm nationally recognized for its work in the people-engagement side of organizational turnaround, breakthrough and productivity.
Eric's expertise is in assisting leaders to harness the energy and talent of their people to swiftly solve problems, attain objectives and generate significant ROI through meaningful shifts in overall performance.
Since 1982, Eric has studied and worked with many of the world's preeminent business leaders, entrepreneurs and educators such as Stephen Covey, Buckminster Fuller, Tom Peters, Anthony Robbins, Peter Senge (seng ee), and Margaret Wheatley [see below for reference*]. For the past 27 years, Eric has led leadership, change and productivity initiatives for thousands of individuals from locally-based organizations to international, Fortune 1000 companies.
